The engineers work to develop and maintain professional respect, honour and ethical values of engineering in an effort to;

1. Improve the living standards of people using their own talents and professional expertise,
2. Act fair and neutral while they serve for their customers and/or clients,
3. Increase the prestige and added value of the engineering discipline,
4. Support professional and technical uniformity. ,

Basic Rules:

1. Engineers shall always care the social safety and security during the execution
2. Engineers shall only work within their field of authority
3. Engineers shall arrange only objective and reliable reports
4. Engineers shall work for their clients and/or customers as a trustworthy or an authorised decent person to avoid any conflict of interest
5. Engineers shall provide services based on professional morality and shall not interfere unfair competition with their colleagues
6. Engineers shall work to; improve the professional reliability, maintain respect and brighten technical identity.
7. Engineers shall keep-up-to date themselves and shall provide opportunities to assist their colleagues for a better professional carrier.
